Stayed here for two nights during autumn 17. We booked a large cabin with a double and 4 bunks.

Arriving late on Friday night, it was good to see personalized instructions taped to the reception with a map showing where our cabin was. The light was left on at our cabin to help us find it. Room is large, clean and has a well equipped kitchen so it made preparation for dinner easy on Saturday night.

In the morning, it's worth wandering around the park to admire its beautiful trees, the running creek behind and the beautiful vista of the Kiewa Valley. We walked to the nearby lake/pond which is simply gorgeous.

We didn't use the various sporting facilities but there's a tennis court, mini golf, beach volleyball court, table tennis and a basketball ring !!!!

The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Hope to come back again next year to this beautiful part of the High Country.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our Park here. Being that we are a family owned and run park we take a lot of pride in our business and it is pleasing to hear that we are on track! Mount Beauty is truly a special place to visit, especially in Autumn when the trees are so beautiful, the days are sunny and the nights are cold enough to warrant a campfire!

We just spent 3 nights at this park and wish we could have stayed longer.
This park is very spacious the amenities are very clean with plenty of hot water.
The river runs alongside of the park and it is a great place to take your chair and go and chill out or throw a line in.
It is a good base and very easy drive to Bright, Falls Creek and surrounding areas.
It's just a awesome peaceful place to stay.

We stayed, a couple, for three nights in a standard cabin. The cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed for a short stay. Only had to provide our own towels. Had a double bed and two bunk beds. The shower, toilet area is a bit on the small side but was ok for us. The park was very well maintained. We arrived after office hours but details of our cabin and key were attached to the front door. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mount Beauty is a lovely little village and the area is very scenic.

Hello,
Thank you for reviewing our Park and for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay here with us. Unfortunately our cabins were built in the 60s and intended only as an overnight stop (at the time they were built) on route to Falls Creek. The ensuites are indeed on the small side, but we hope you found them clean and functional.

We have been booked in for Eight days, the park is well maintained and the amenities are very good. We are next to the Kiwa river and views out to mount Bogong. It's a great place to base oneself and plenty to do in the area.

We decided to stay a few nights over one of the hottest weekends imaginable. We have an assistance dog who is no bother and very well behaved. Does not bark and stays very close to us at all times. We were approached one afternoon by someone who portrayed herself as some authority figure. You would not have guessed it, Her appearance resembled that of a scruffy, solidly built, tattooed wrestler. The only indication was a logo on the back of her ill fitting Yellow T-Shirt that suggested she worked there. The man accompanying her was no better, in his gardening gear and dirty dreadlocks. They looked more like tree huggers and protesters than park managers?? Her first attack was about our car being in someone else's place, which she had not bothered to ask if we had sought permission. Just move it was her aggressive tone, and put your dog on a lead. He was laying on the ground within our camp area. The next run in I had with her was at the toilet block. I was desperate and due to the lack of signage walked the furthest distance to the toilet shower block which is the most obvious. Upon arriving I was confronted by her and when I asked if I could possible use the toilet I was duly told that I cold not. The girls were all chatting within the shower cubicles and the toilets were not even being attended to at that stage. When I asked where I could go, she pointed way back over to a facility near to where I had walked from. Stupid me! Had no idea there were even toilets near our camp. Her rudeness set the tone for what was to be a less than enjoyable weekend. The morons behind us had full blazing LED lights which made the area into our camper lit up like a Chevy chases house in National Lampoons Christmas vacation. They stayed on all night, so All the Awnings and blinds needed to be closed for any form of shading out the illumination. We sweltered with no air. The people around us all had air-conditioned vans so they had their blinds drawn. Pity she hadn't been more diligent doing a night crawl and asking people to have a little bit of regard for others. The dust was ridiculous as all the driveways are dirt. We had no water to our site where all others did. The river is fun though.

Room tip: This is a caravan and camp site
