The Hotel from outside looks good but the staff are very unfriendly and not professional at all. We had taken 3 rooms on 28th Feb 2018.Unbearable and very bad smell was coming from one of the room. Later we understood that the sewage line which was passing by the side of the room was broken or damaged which resulted in the smell. We reported to the authority but they did not change the room. The staff are not at all helpful and the interaction of the top management is nil. Our experience is pretty bad and this was only black spot in our entire Andaman Trip. This Hotel was provided to us by OYO travel agency from whom we bought the Andaman Package.

A brand new hotel in Neil Island, just 5-7 minutes drive from Jetty and Bharatpur beach. Nice clean big rooms all modern facilities like 36" LED TV, comfortable AC, dressing table, even a balcony. Clear and tidy bathrooms available with all modern bathing equipments.

The in-house restaurant offers a decent menu with prices as it should be in a remote island. Complementary buffet breakfast comes with tasty puri-sabji and tea. As the hotel is still in developing stage, there was no intercom when we stayed there. Therefore there was no room service also. But around 7 pm assistant manager comes in every room with the new menu card to get a order of dinner which is served in the in-house restaurant. There is also complimentary bed-tea which is served to all rooms at 6 am.

Well behaved staffs and helpful reception. Housekeeping is still working on its expertise as it's still in developing stage. But overall stay in the hotel is very comfortable.
