The hotel seemed great but when we arrived there were a couple of things that weren’t really worthy of the (around) $160 a night fee.

First a few good things: the food was great specially Déco restaurant by the pool. And the game room was nice.

There isn’t room service, there is no “mini store” where one can buy water or snacks, there isn’t an in room mini bar.

We asked for extra sheets for the bed (because ours were dirty) and we did not receive any. No “do not disturb” sign available or shower cap.
If you want to play Ping Pong you better wake up at 5am in order for the staff to give you the paddles since after a certain time they don’t give them out, this was very rude!

If you have a problem don’t call the front desk because they will NOT help you.

Mother’s Day weren’t my husband and I decided to get away to enjoy a quiet and relaxing weekend. Unbeknownst to us; it was everything but quiet and relaxing. We were on the corner room so we heard everything and everyone that walked by. It was way after midnight and we heard people or kids screaming thru the hallway and pool area. Very crowded night!

The room and hotel in general needs a renovation. Our first use of the toilet caused our first issue. They somewhat fixed it but every time you put toilet paper it would stop up again. The beach was okay; kind of hard to get down to it. They need to build steps or a ramp to get down for the elderly or little kids. If not, someone is going to get hurt.

The one good thing was the staff was nice. Not yet sure if I would ever return but for a quick getaway on a deal I may. Now that I know what to expect.

Overall an okay resort!!!

Stayed for one night and the entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to identify (narrow).
There is free parking and a security guard 24/7. Front desk was quick and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. Had a great view to the pool and the bed was comfortable. A bit off the beaten path but right on the beach and close to restaurants.

Room Tip: Right off of the front desk (2nd floor) the rooms have view to the pool...

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was about a 40 minute drive from the airport. The room had a view of the pool bar and ocean. We had lunch and snacks at the pool bar which were good. It was close enough that you could walk into town in about 15 minutes. The grocery store was right across the street as well.

With a great view to the ocean, the hotel was very well maintain and clean. We had a room with view of the beach and the pool. The bar and restaurant were clean and provided good service to us. It’s the perfect place for a small escape.
