This is a hidden location on the south side of Rincon, kind of back in the barrio, but worth seeking out. It has a sports bar theme (and pool tables), but does have a regular food menu and one specialty that justifies the search. We found their quesadillas to be one of the best restaurant bargains in town -- especially the fish quesadilla. They aren't open every day, so check their schedule in the local tourist magazine, El Coqui, available at most any tourist site (hotel, some gas stations, panaderias). Some folks have also said their bar drinks are also quite reasonable -- I'm a beer guy myself'.
