This was the first time that we have had a need to stay in this area. Miramare was suggested to us as a quiet place to stay.
We booked online (third party) and not long after we were phoned by the resort asking us if the room that we had requested was OK or if an alternative would be better (sames rate, different bed configuration). This I thought was good customer service.
On arrival (and the parking requires some follow the signs, especially if you come from the convention entry) we found that the reception was as per the phone call. A lot of information was offered and there were not many questions that we needed to ask.
We found the room to be VERY generous and clean.
Wi Fi is offered with the directory telling you to phone the reception, but on going to the phone the password is on the handset (very smart).
We had dinner and breakfast in their restaurant, which I have reviewed separately.
Check out was just as easy and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again if the need arises.
