Don`t let the simplistic and dated entrance fool you, the rooms are quite nice and modern. It`s expensive though, and parking in the area can be tricky. The bathroom was massive but was NOT equipped with ANY towel hooks. Strange! The elevators are tiny and there aren`t many international TV channels available either. We rate this as 3 star, and we may stay here again.

We booked this Hotel because of its central location, it is very convenient for visiting the nearby medieval part of Cuenca. Rooms are clean and plenty big enough. Views from our window were of a brick wall unfortunately but hey. We paid €50 for a night, no complaints there, check in staff were friendly and we ate in the Restaurant on the 7 th floor which gives nice panoramic views. Food was good but lacks a bit of atmosphere. All in all a pleasant stay.

Situated in a busy part of the 'new' town this is a budget hotel with basic facilities and basic rooms - at least the bathroom was spotlessly clean! The restaurant on the top floor was closed and the man at reception didn't know when it would open. No bar, no lounge, no atmosphere, no breakfast. And parking is a nightmare in this part of town unless you opt for an expensive underground car-park.

Stayed for 2 nights, it has a good location, only a 15/20 minute walk from the beautiful old town. The room is average at best but seemed clean, some of the staff on the front desk were pretty rude. Overall I'd say that this hotel is fine for a short stay.

Run down hotel and poor staff. nothing special.
Expensive for what you pay, pay a bit extra and you wont go wrong.
There was no breakfast and the hotel wifi was not working.
The beds were not very comfortable.
