We have just returned from a 13 night stay in this Villa. We met the owner's father, a real gentleman, when we arrived late at night. The accommodation was enough for our needs and we had a fantastic, wedding day and holiday. The hairdresser came to us, the make up artist came to us (it felt like we were in our own home) and Pantelas Taxis (Maria and Pantelas) were almost like friends. The Villa is substantial and has really got everything that is needed. Ideal for a large family group or friends wishing to share. Bed linen crisp and clean and white towels. Only suggestion is that it needs a little bit of TLC. ie. new rubbish bins, and freshen up of cupboards and drawers. The outside washing machine was useful and the large table and chairs was a great place to sit early morning and late evening (the cocktail hour). However, and hopefully you are cat lovers (some of our party are and some not) as they all come to meet you when you arrive. The weather was hot hot hot, so most of the time was spent outside. Has a bar area with high stools but we didnt use this much as was off out and about. The Zafiri bar close by did great English breakfast, good evening meals, with friendly staff. Also showing football and rugby matches. Friday night seems to be expats night, bingo quizzes etc. Ayia Thekla supermarket has everything you need, wine and beer very reasonably priced. Very close to the beach for a walk to the Wednesday market which surprisingly had quite a few stalls and the bar and restaurant there also very good. Hiring a car is probably the main item for your stay but we hired Pantelas so that we could have a drink when going into Ayia Napa, which isnt just for the young. Lots of fab places to eat and enjoy free entertainment. Tribute acts like Blues Brothers who were really very good at Tommy's Bar and good food at The Queen Vic. The Limanaki restaurant excellent for a special meal. We were there at the time of the Medieval Festival which was absolutely worth seeing. The Ayia Napa Monastery also very interesting. Harbour and harbour beach lovely. Can'[t wait to go back there again. The Garden of Eden, the venue for our daughter and son in law's reception, was excellent, everyone very friendly and happy in their work. Overall, once we had settled in, everything was great. Cyprus and its people are really very nice. Thank you all for the last two weeks.
