The villa is a front line villa a stones throw from the sea. It is furnished very well with everything you could possibly need. On arrival 3 of the sunbeds were broken and when we called the agent they said they would tell the owners. They did not but the owners called round a couple of days later by chance and they brought replacements later on the same day. There is a little shop and small restaurant 15 mins walk along sea front other than that a few minutes drive to Aiya Napa. The first 3 days were great but beware the villas either side of ours and also another 2 further up the line are also rented out by the same company and they are not at all choosy as to who they it it to. It is advertised as Aiya Napa and thats the type of guests who rent it. On the third day a large group of 17 to 19 year olds came and dived screaming into the pool fully clothed. They were drinking all day and night with music blaring from the speakers they had brought with them. The rental company did absolutely nothing and we had the police but they ignored all of this. The pool man said he came one day and 1 of the villas had 20 lads in and was totally trashed. The owners were lovely and really helpful but it was pure chance they came by to collect something prior to the group ascending on us a day later so we could not tell them and the rental company were pretty much a waste of time. A real shame. Perfect location and a great villa but be warned!
