What a great idea: A very good fish restaurant in the middle of Umbria. The young owners are passionate about food and the propose an inventive and very tasty cuisine - so tasty that we went there twice in a short period of time. Yummy appetizer with a anchovy smoked by the owner himself, quickly seared tuna on a pistaccio cream with desiccated raspberries, seared tuna and foie gras on a wine reduction, fish soup cooked in a cartoccio (my girlfriend loved it, had it twice), good ice cream, chocolate threefold (tris di cioccolato), crème brulée etc.. The only thing i didn't like was the pasta (the sauce was too sweet, almost like Ketchup).
The Rosé Prosecco was good too.
Carry on with the good work!
Bevagna is a cute little old city.
