This was totally accidental as we were simply trying to break from grilled meat that is the cornerstone of Umbrian cuisine. In a what the h... moment, we stopped by this small and aesthetic place hidden in plain sight.on a small through street.
Lovely very very reasonably priced and on par with Michelin-y places we have enjoyed on either coast. Fine antipasti: stuffed calamaretti and tuna carpaccio con lampone (raspberry drizzle) Fine primi: Spaghettini con vongole verace Excellent, fresh and perfectly cooked secondi: a beautiful spigola for two , with perfectly prepared vegetables.
I hate to tell you about this place because there are not many tables and certainly no place specializing in fish for a two hour drive from this point
