Its off the beaten track a bit but well worth the fish n chips. Very very rustic seating outside. Good service. Parking a bit of a nightmare.

What a lovely discovery, a million times better than the pub in Brooklyn! Delicious and well cooked flathead, chips, salad and great squid. Perfect quick lunch. Lovely service too. Casual outdoor setting, pretty flowers or tables. Very nice.

We drove up to Fitzies and ordered 18 x oysters, 1.5kg of king prawns and the salt & pepper squid with salad. Now the eating area is not five star but you quickly forget that once you start eating the really fresh seafood. The staff are very friendly and the food is served in no time at all. we are not the only ones that think this because there is always a number of people ready to take your table once you leave. Well worth the drive if you enjoy great quality seafood.

My daughter and I bought a fish and chips pack for $13, we couldn’t finish the cups between us. The fish is very, very lightly battered which makes for a change from your typical Australian “let’s drown it in batter until you can’t find the piece of fish” take away shop mentality. The fish itself was excellent, I coles with a wedge of lemon and a container of tartare sauce. The service was very pleasant, and there’s a quaint little seating area to the left of the building which looks nice.
