Step back in time to Ennio's Italian, olde world elegant dining cellar. Tucked away in a little corner, a few steps below the sidewalk at Fort and de Maisonneuve. It's a little touch of Europe, all food lovingly prepared by Ennio himself, as you sip your own wine (no corkage fee) and relax and chat in an intimate room with candlelight and white tablecloths. The escargot is a must, also the veal, and all pasta is freshly made. By the end of the evening Ennio felt like an old friend who'd invited us into his cellar for a memorable meal among friends.
