“Great stay, fantastic for families with young children ...”
Reviewed 9 April 2012

Location is great, it takes about 10 mins by car to drive to the famous jetty and other eateries in busselton.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, well laid out, had everything that one could possibly need.

The hotel grounds are lovely, there is a tennis court, bbq pit, swimming pool ... even if you just wanted to chill and not go out anywhere, you would find loads to do within the property.

Very happy, and would certainly recommend.

My daughter and I decided on the spur of the moment to have a weekend away in Busselton.
The hotel was very well equipped and the standard was very high. The location on Geographe Bay was ideal for us to walk into Busselton and have a cake at our favourite cafe, The Old Post Office Tearooms. The facilities of poosl, tennis and squash courts and Kids Club were fantastic. Ideal if I had had a young family. The only drawback was people having a Karaoke session from 12 to 3 am. We had also been upgraded from a studio to a large appartment.

We stayed here 4 nights in March 2012 and was very pleased with the entire experience. For the first time, after staying at more hotels than I care to remember, reception phoned to check whether everything was okay with the room shortly after checking in. They even called the day before to confirm the reservation and room requests! Nice little touches.
The room itself was a studio, therefore closer to the highway than the larger apartments (be sure to request a studio facing the tennis courts!). The room was well appointed, modern, and comfortable. The bed was a king, there was a small kitchenette with basic facilities (microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge), and a huge bathroom with jacuzzi.
The complimentary movie channels were nice, however the sound on one channel was erratic. The resort backs onto the beach, like most in this area. It was a fair distance from town, so a car is a must if you want to get out and about.
Over-all, very pleased with this resort.

Room Tip: If you're wanting a studio, request one facing the tennis courts, and on the first floor. It wil...

We recently spent two nights at the hotel with three young children. The 3-bedroom first floor apartment was modern, roomy and well appiontedand well maintained - we loved the in-bathroom spa. The pool area was well set out with outdoor and indoor pools. My two issues with the hotel were that they charged for use of a babies cot and high chair - if they are concerned about the items being stolen perhaps they should ask for a bond instead! My second complaint was that pool towels were only avaialble from reception which was about a 200 metre walk from the pool. It was only after I arrived at the pool with 3 young children that I discoverd from asking other guests that you needed to go to reception to get towels - there were no clear signs in the pool area indicating this!

Room Tip: rooms near the pool area have a lovely outlook
