Hi all, I thought I would write to help to clarify a few things over the surf factory outlets in Torquay. Firstly, Surf City Plaza is shopping precinct/area dedicated to surfing and includes the museum SurfWorld.
However, the surf factory outlets are are actually dotted all around this precinct, mixed in with the normal retail stores. The popular 'fashionable surf brand' outlets are in Baine's Court (Quicksilver/ Roxy, Rip Curl, Billabong) The prices are at up to 70% off retail. We found that the clothes were mainly last seasons e.g. pair of bikini's were reduced from $79 to $20. A boys PVC surf wallet was $6, reduced from $19. I take these prices to be a bargain and we enjoyed the bargain shopping here.
