It is very clean , quiet and comfortable.
Location very convenient, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Small and very quite town with nice and helpful people, this is a place for a nice relaxation and enjoyment.
The motel manager is very professional ,truly a gentleman and helpful.
I certainly recommend this place to families for holidays.

The property is comfortable and clean. Check in was friendly and efficient.. we stayed in a room accessed by a flight of stairs... if mobility is a problem be sure to ask for the lower level.. can easily walk to restaurants... good choice when in Port Fairy

Lovely room to sleep for the 3 of us. Great water pressure in shower and the kitchenette has all the basics.
Loved the little toiletries in the bathroom.
Free WiFi and can chrome cast to the tv!

What a wonderful find! We’ve been travelling around Australia for 6 weeks and can honestly say the Ashmont in this gorgeous seaside village is a real gem; the apartment is perfect— modern, bright, and airy with all the amenities you need...including a mini laundry, wonderful shower pressure and electric blankets! Our apartment captured the morning winter sun and we have not slept so soundly in weeks. Added to this, the proprietor really knows the area and made fabulous eating and leisure recommendations; set in the centre of town, we were a mere minutes walk from great dining and quaint shops. You can’t help but wind down and relax here— a restorative, unexpected holiday highlight and will be recommending the Ashmont (we extended our stay) and Port Fairy to our UK friends and family.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious room with everything you need. Short walk to shops etc .. Was very quiet and had a fabulous sleep. Staff extremely helpful with sightseeing ideas and places to dine. Would very much recommend to anyone
