Nice accommodation. Roomy with all the mod cons (except a laundry). Easy walk to the beach and town. Very quiet. My only gripe was the additional bedding in the wardrobes have not been used for a while and were covered in dust and were smelly.More

Charm& Uniquenss.
We stayed in July and the outlook from Flat1 over the mountains was especialy soothing after our Lockdowns.
A coplimentary bottle of wine,Apollo Bay CHocolates &roasted coffee was a nice touch.

Four nights at Unit 2, Beeches by the Sea, went very well in the depth of a Victorian winter. The reverse cycle heating worked a treat and kept the apartment warm despite the chilly conditions outdoors.
Beeches by the Sea is only about 100 metres back from the beach, and we enjoyed some very pleasant walks along the foreshore, and along the Great Ocean Road into the business centre of the town.
The unit has a magnificent polished hardwood floor throughout, which looked great and proved very resilient with the foot traffic, both human and dog. The decor of the unit has been updated in recent years and is both stylish and practical. Having a full kitchen, with cooktop, oven, microwave and family sized fridge was very useful. Throughout, the unit was impeccably clean, bright and a pleasure to live in...didn't want to leave!

We recently stayed at Villa 1 for two nights. So close to the beach and a short, leisurely walk to Main St. It was sparkling clean and really well appointed. Extra touches such as robes, toiletries, coffee, tea and books were a welcome touch. The villa warms up quickly and the bed was lovely and cosy. We were so grateful to bring our pug with us and he loved exploring the garden when not snoozing. Jess is a wonderful host and so lovely to deal with. We look forward to visiting again.
Beeches is the perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet retreat. It's close to the beach and shops and is only one of a handful of villas so you never feel crowded in.
We stayed in Villa 1 and it's bright and modern, well-maintained and clean with everything you need for a week or a weekend. They are also the loveliest people to book with - Jess is a wonderful host and easy to reach if you have any issues.

Beautiful little villa only moments to the beach and Main Street. This villa was tastefully decorated, sparkling clean and well equipped with everything you need. Little touches like robes, throw blankets, books and puzzles made us feel instantly at home. We will definitely be back.
