We were lucky to find accommodation in Deloraine for the annual Arts and Craft Festival. Stayed at the Mountain View Country Inn which was very affordable. An older-style motel with attached bar and restaurant, laundry, etc. Rooms are basic and functional. The staff were very nice. Parking is right outside the motel unit door.

Bedroom and bathroom were clean, and we could see effort was put into maintaining the place. Basic facilities but enough for an overnight stay.

Dinner at the restaurant was delicious - well portioned and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended for a meal after a long journey.

4.5 instead of 5 stars given as our initial reception from the manager was rude; however, perhaps he may have just been stressed/busy at the time as customer service from him for the rest of the evening at the restaurant was warm and welcoming.

As a reasonably priced alternative to all the upmarket and expensive B&Bs in the area, this motel is excellent. Yes it’s older but everything is clean, fresh and functional, reflecting care on the part of the owners. The mountain view rooms are the best option.
And after 4 nights in a tent, it felt like luxury.

We enjoyed a one night stay here in late winter. The rooms are dated but still nice,
Everything was clean and tidy with the views being beautiful out of the large windows facing the Western Tiers. Check in was easy and the price excellent.

We stayed for one night. Beautiful mountain view from our room. Comfy beds and good old fashion service. The restaurant was closed due CONOVIRUS. However, meals were delivered to our room.
The owner even put my wet washing in HIS dryer to finish off.
