I had the best steak sandwich I have eaten and the leader of the opposition had the garfish. Beautiful meals, friendly service and a great Trivia night on a Thursday . Thanks for having us Queenslanders and for your outstanding hospitality in the Clare Valley.
The Rooms are Definitely not What I Expected, The Food looks Appetising but please Do not waste money ,And The Service well If you do not come from the Area well Do Not bother ,Sorry but Clare Valley has lost me I was so Excited as it was my birthday only to be Disappointed
The service staff were very friendly and the place had a relaxed and friendly vibe about it. I had the salmon and halloumi chips and they were pretty good sizes for the price. There were some decent beers on tap.
Do not go to this pub. The staff are incredibly rude for no good reason. If you try to have any fun they will kick your whole group out immediately which was extremely uncalled for. This is very sad as the Bentleys used to be the place to go for night life in clare but now they have ruined it. Very very very disappointing and I will never be going again.
Visited Bentley Hotel for a Tuesday night pub meal and we were blown away by the Lambshank Pie and delicious parmi we enjoyed. Really friendly staff and nice warm fire. Not sure what the other negative reviews were about but we would recommend this place as a great country pub. Thanks.
