Front desk staff are fantastic, and are willing to go out of their way to help you.

Rooms are nice and quiet, however quite small with softish beds ( just ok) but appartment appearance is really let down by the existance of old and rusty washing machine in the bathroom - that if used would proberly wake up the whole floor!

What a great place we chose to share with our Kiwi friends! The views were fantastic, there was always something to see. Lifesavers training, yacht race, pilot boat meeting container ships and cruise ships, surfers and swimmers. Just down below are all the shops and many choices of places to dine, and the Surf Club a block away. The apartment was very comfortable and fully self contained. The ensuite shower over spa bath is a minus and the aircon thermostat needed attention, but we all had a lovely relaxing holiday.

Yes, there is always something happening at Mooloolaba Beach. There is plenty of activities for everyone. Thank you for the fantastic review of the property. We do have spa baths in most of the apartments, so it's a handy hint for our Tripadvisor guests to request a walk-in shower when making a reservation.

Great to hear you had a very relaxing holiday. We look forward to welcoming you back to Landmark.

Right away from check-in to check-out we were treated wonderfully by all the staff at Landmark. A particular thank you to Glen who gifted us a bottle of champagne to help celerate our wedding anniverary...........thank you Glen, very much appreciated!
Our room was quite good for our stay, with toiletries,fresh towels plus cableTV provided and a small kitchette which was ideal for in-room breakfast. The resort is close to the beach and many different style restuarants with the surf club very close by.
Our one tiny annoyance was the height of the spa bath made it difficult to get in & out of the shower which is a bit of a trap for older guests to be aware of.
We loved the location despite the fact it rained all week and the staff were just marvellous as nothing was issue and the service was always with a smile.

Room Tip: For the elderly, ask for a room without the high spar/shower

Our location is certainly our major asset & it appears you made the most the Surf Club/Restaurants which are all very close to the property.

Staff at Landmark are awesome so helpful and accommodating and nothing was to much trouble for them. Our rooms were great with super views of the beach spacious and clean and tidy.
The pool area was great the grand kids spent many hours there having fun.
The landmark is in the centre of main area and the main doors let you out straight onto the busy shopping and restuarant area

Room Tip: ask for a room on beach side for the best views

A girlfriend & I recently had a two night stay in the Executive apartments because we particularly wanted the ocean views. Apartment is large and clean, however the rooms are getting a little dated and could do with a spruce up. Service was good and location to beach and eateries was excellent. Matressess were a little hard and could be renewed.Free wi-fi was supplied. If the units could be updated a little I would have no hesitation in giving it a five-star rating. Having said all of this I would definitely still return for a stay in the future

Room Tip: The executive room has the best full frontal ocean views
