First impression was a welcoming smile from reception. The room was large and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bed was a dream to sleep on. Only negative was no curtain on window for privacy when blind up.

Amazing welcome , friendly and happy and helpful . Directed to our room and showed where to park .room comfortable with all you need for an overnight stay. Fabulous large shower.
Restaurant downstairs was the best ever, very busy but staff pleasant and helpful food was 5 star. Beck a 10 minute walk away absolutely beautiful wish we could have stayed longer . Highly recommend

Big thank you for your wonderful review and recommendation. Thank you for your comments about the blinds. They were recently replaced to brighten and freshen the rooms a little more and the majority of our guests have advised that when they retire to their rooms they don't mind having the blinds half or 3/4 down. Yes, we agree our spacious outdoor areas with plenty of places to sit and soak up the sun are lovely. We look forward to welcoming you again next time you visit South West Rocks. I organized a Golf trip in South West Rocks NSW for 20 people. We booked 10 rooms at the Rockpool Motor Inn. This place and each room were spotlessly clean and the proprietors went out of their way to welcome us and to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. The dining room was special the food was exceptional.
I would thoroughly recommend this establishment to any future traveler.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. This was our best experience staying at The Rockpool. Five stars to Fred, Di & the cleaning team. Nothing was a problem for them. We will definitely recommend to our friends & family.

I received great kindness and hospitality during the eight days I was staying from all of the staff that I came into contact. I really appreciate the care that they showed me during this time and in the past. There are not many places that someone with my disability can go and feel comfortable. This is one place I can go and feel at home.
Room tip: Because of my disability I stay on the bottom floor. Can be noisy at times.
