This is a comfortable motel which is often fully booked so you need to book early. The beds are very nice for sleeping. The bathrooms are older and could do with some updating, but all devices work well.

The above isn't meant as a critism, but is rather a statement of fact in our opinion.
The room prices at this Motel are cheap ($99) by comparison with other, more modern establishments in town.
However the rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little dated and the worse for wear - probably as a consequence of the main clientele; the high-viz brigade.
The on-site "Awana" Singapore & Malaysian Restaurant and the Golf Club around the corner is a bonus.
As others have suggested, book early.

We stayed here on our way thru and it was a nice little hotel. We had a bottom room with king bed, which was very good. The room was pleasant and clean. Had everything you need for the one or two nights, good value for the price. the best part is the shower unreal pressure and hot water galore. It is located at the other end of town but the Local RSL bus came to pick us up and drop us off so that was a bonus. We stayed in July so it was very cold and the air con was great kept us warm all night.

This place is certainly not the Ritz, but at the price point they charged us represents good value for money. The motel was mostly full of chaps working in the local area, so it was very quiet. Internet access was fast and free. We had our evening meal at the restaurant attached to the motel and was very impressed. So if you want good value this is the motel for you.

Impossible to sleep on a hot night with the noisiest air conditioner we have ever experienced. The AC thumped and vibrated all night. Turned off the room was too hot.Turned on it was impossible to sleep.
Room tip: Ask for a room with quiet AC

One night spent at this motel was definitely enough for us.The room was dark and oppressive and the noisy air con had difficulty cooling the room. On the plus side: the room was clean and a good size, the bathroom was also a good size, the shower provided plenty of hot water and we had a good night's sleep. There was a microwave but inadequate cutlery etc. The front desk service was friendly so if you are looking for a cheap but adequate stay in Muswellbrook this motel fits the bill!
