Accommodation is difficult to find in Muswellbrook, and most is fairly pricey if you are just after a stop over. Looks may be a bit deceiving at this Motel. I upgraded for a few extra dollars and received a clean, fresh room with everything you need. Traffic noise was surprisingly minimal, and the early morning workers were able to leave quietly without idling their Diesels. The only issue I had was trying to find an accurate tax invoice.
This motel was very clean, with all necessary amenities. Friendly welcome and offer to view rooms . Would stay here again.very reasonable rates. Traffic noise not noticeable once in the room. Nice bed linen . A bath mat, face washers and hand towels were supplied.
Stayed her for the one night on my way north. Booked it online. Found the staff to be friendly and the rooms to be clean. Height access good for owning a 4wd and room for my trailer. Would stay here again
We were a group of 10 people and stayed at Red Cedar Motel one night. The facilities are good and the rooms were clean; however our room was super smelly when we arrived. They poured something in the bathroom drain and the smell was gone after a few hours. They said the smell was because of the rain but I believe it was mostly the location of the room.
The bed was comfortable and in overall it was a fair choice.

Was Charged an Extra Night and when rang up to dispute was told when I checked in, I was a couple of hours late for cancelling the 2nd night and the Owner lives overseas, unlucky.

All issues raised by you were a day later when motel refused to refund you,you actually rang the manager and threaten her that if motel wont refund than you will upload bad review.when you booked online policies clearly mentioned cancellation policy,and we pride ourselves to provide enough services in just 79$ a night.
if you had any issues we were open till 9pm and you did not turn up till 9 to even mention us 1issue so we should have resolved it as we are sure there was no issue as such you mentioned in review coz this review is just uploaded as we did not refund you for your online booking.
all bookings done directly with motel have free cancellation but you yourself chose to book it through booking.com and agreed to cancellation policy .
