We spent 3 wonderful days at Jamison House. A little bit of French romance on our holiday in the blue mountains. We had room 4, Baudelaire Room! Fantastic view over the Jamison Valley from our window. Which you never tire of. Room was big clean, comfy bed, robes, couch and plenty of cupboard and hanging space. Very little noise audible from the restaurant below.
Breakfast was in the restaurant below.
Warning!!!! Breakfast is served FROM 9am.
Very nice small portion breakfast on days 1 and 2. Day 3 was obviously the chefs day off so we had something more akin to a good Ol English breakfast with a much larger serving but with very little flair.
The Rooster Restaurant.
I cannot praise the staff highly enough.
Especially Charlie ( Thank you so much )
Went out of his way to help me with an engagement proposal. The other staff also were fantastic. Entertainment one night a pianist the next a harpist. In between beautiful romantic French tunes.
Food and Wine were amazing! It is fine dining of the highest order.
