The morning view was awesome on a sunny day... The price is rather high though and everything is in addition...breakfast for 35aud. And fast Internet connection too... Basic wifi is included, not super fast but ok.
Also toilet paper is really not up to level, breaking immediately once at hand.
Nice fancy place otherwise....

The price was extraordinarily high, considerably more expensive than, say, Manhattan or central London. The "deluxe" room was tiny, and the room was not clean. Please see the photo of the dusty bedside table, where we found the toenail. Or fingernail? I don't know, but that was amazing. The staff were nice enough, but were not very polished or professional. Yes, there's wifi, of course it's terrible due to location in mountains. Close to views, but not to restaurants. Breakfast was slow, but good. Would not stay again.

Fantastic stay at the hotel. Great views, great service and we took advantage of the facilities of the sister property Lilianfels resort which is just across the road. Highly recommended staying here for a night or two in the mountains would certainly return!

Spent two night there. The hotel is in the great and convenient location for the Blue Mountains.
We had a ground floor room which was very nice and comfortable and had breath-taking views. We could walk directly into the lovely garden. The views from the restaurant are even better. However, the restaurant is pricey so we used it just for breakfast.

The service could be better. You don't really get the personal touch you expect from the boutique hotel. We needed to arrange an early breakfast and asked different staff members at the reception as well as in the restaurant about the options and everybody was telling us different things. So, it seemed to be difficult to find a simple solution. Fortunately, the nice lady at the reception finally advised us that we can have an early breakfast in their sister property just cross the road (they start to serve breakfast earlier). I wonder why other staff members were not aware about this option. And btw it turned out that the variety of food was much better that in Echoes.

The hotel has beautiful gardens and a large undercover area to unload the car under. This could be important because of the high rainfall in the area. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were personally shown to our room. Our corner room was larger than most and felt very private as it was at the end of the building so we had perfect uninterrupted views over the Blue Mountains from the veranda. The chairs and couch were very comfortable as was the bed. There was ample storage and high quality tea and coffee provided, including a Nespresso machine. The bathroom toiletries were of a high quality as well. The breakfast was very good other than the selection of cereals which was very basic. It was perfectly located to the major attractions and also close to many of the quaint shops and quality restaurants in the local area. I would definitely stay here again for a special occasion.

Room Tip: The corner room gave extra views over the Blue Mountains and the veranda felt quite private because...
