Work booked me to stay here in order to do a few things around the area.
Unfortunately it rained constantly for my entire stay.
The room was fairly standard - nothing flash but more than did the job.
The bed was more comfortable than I expected.
The staff were friendly and co-operative.
The free wi-fi internet was decent.
My one gripe was that despite the sign saying "hang your towel up if you're going to use it again", they took my hung towel, and the bath mat off the floor and failed to replace either of them. Thankfully I was by myself and there was a second unused towel there.
This property is within walking distance of the main street which has a few little cafes and such that seem decent value for money.
I would probably stay here again.

Stayed here late January with hubby and 2 kids.
Staff were friendly.
Room was spacious and very clean. Bed comfortable and had a nice, quiet night's sleep.
Location is good, walking distance to shops and restaurants, waterfront etc.
Motel has a pool which looked nice and clean.
For the price, you really can't complain about anything.

Room Tip: We were on the top floor, close to road, and the room was whisper quiet. Could not hear any traffic noise.

We stayed at Bella Villa Motor Inn for one night. This is a regular roadside motor inn with no thrills. However it is well located – just a few steps away from the town center. The rooms are relatively small but they are clean and all is functioning well.
Very good service from the staff (we had all necessary advice and help promptly and with a smile !).
Overall, a great place to stop for a night or two when you are in Forster.

We stayed a couple of nights and found the room very run down and it smelt of damp.
First manager was not in the least friendly but on checking out the next manager was lovely and very friendly. On walking around the area there was a lot of cheaper accomodation with breakfast included. We usually order a cooked breakfast when we stay at a motel but $2.50 for tomato to go with the bacon and eggs was way too much.
We went to the buffet dinner at the bowling and were blown away with the variety and quality of the food. Wouldn't stay at this motel again

Stayed here 4 nights in December. Room clean, tidy, fresh and well maintained. Location a comfortable level walk from the town centre and restaurants although other hotels are closer but not as good. Two managers work 2 week cycles and and we found our managers to be very friendly and helpful (can't comment on the other manager). Only issue was that room servicing was below standard. One night only got fresh towels and no bed making, cleaning, bins emptied etc even after leaving "Make up my Room" sign on the door knob all day so the following days we made requests for things to be done which they were happy to do. You have to ask for the DVD player which they are happy to install (I guess to stop theft). There is automatic membership to the movie hire place around the corner. BBQ area is fantastic with 2 large BBQ's, fridge, TV, lots of tables, roof and roll up screens. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for upgrade to the family room if available as it is larger
