Great way to see the beautiful great barrier reef. This trip is on a big powerful boat, so you get to see the outer reef. It took about 90 mins to get to the reef world pontoon and there were thousands of fish to see. You spend 2 hours at the pontoon and then travel back to Airlie Beach. Fresh fruits are provided as well as biscuits and tea and coffee. There is also a nice lunch included. We hired sea-bobs which was a great experience.

I have travelled twice to this unique location, both times have been exhilarating.

The location is a pontoon at Harvey Reef, a untouched paradise of marine wildlife. Teaming with tropical fish and other species, the water is crystal clear.

Recommend that you take a helicopter ten minute flight and see above the reef. Then take a scuba dive with the instructors who will lead you on an underwater safari where they will point out certain marine life to you, including turtles, Nemo's and other famous species

Scuba instructors are first rate with fantastic knowledge of marine life. A big shout out to "Zac" who was first rate with customer service and knowledge. Encourages people to interact with a slow and steady approach. Highly recommend people ask for him and dive with him.

Definitely a bucket list objective that needs to be performed. You will appreciate the majestic beauty of the reef and come away with an experience of a life time.

Really enjoyed visiting this reef platform. The submarine tour was really good but very rushed and they dont stop or turn back for anything so keep your eyes peeled. There were a lot of asians on the tour as it was close to chinese new year. They splashed around a lot in front of the platform and it was almost dangerous swimming near them. Once you are further away then there is less people and a lot to see. Lots of very nice reef just out of treading depth so its still preserved. We saw turtles so I was happy. We went just before a big storm so there was some ill people in the rough weather, so be aware of the weather if you get seasick easily - its a long journey there and back from Port Douglas.

We went on fantasia to great barrier reef from Hamilton island.

It was a very clean, professional, comfortable cruise with them keeping you informed on what's happening all the time. There were lessons on board, informations, selling of extra tours on board so it was quite busy and made you forget how long the actual trip is!

They do a very good job on educating everyone on the conservation side of the reef, that way everyone knows what they're doing when they get to the pontoon.

The pontoon was just the right size for everyone onboard. Activities included submarines, scuba diving, snorkeling, helicopter ride. Then there was the BBQ lunch. It was actually a delicious meal that they have prepared.

Overall they looked after you very well and it was a great and unforgettable trip. A must try!
