The day is broken up by 2 tours, river cruise & wetlands tour. Although extremely informative, younger children have a hard time concentrating. Water cruise goes for 2hrs so for children under 5 it's not much fun after first croc sighting. For parents & avid nature explorers scott & steve were great informative guides. Lunch & damper was wonderful.

This was an excellent safari. We had the tractor tour first and despite a slightly disappointing lack of (visible) wildlife, came back feeling our eyes and minds had been opened to the natural habitat. The croc safari with Scotty was fantastic. Because the guides know their local crocodiles so well, they know just where to look for them and we saw about 20, from 30 cm babies to huge 3-4 metre adults. Scotty was so informative (as well as entertaining) that I went from a feeling of fear and revulsion to having a great deal of respect for these crocs. I'd also like to say a huge personal thank you to Steve, the manager, for packing up and couriering my handbag to me after I left it on the bus back from the safari. Since it had my passport inside, he saved me a lot of grief and got me out of this brilliant country without problems - thanks Steve!

I went on the above tour with my wife and 2 children aged 3 & 6. We found the guides both informative and passionate about the ecology of the flora and fauna along the Proserpine river and surrounding area. After the river tour we arrived back at the site for lunch to a wonderful spread of food that was delicious. It was a well organised and informative tour and would highly recommend to anyone that would like to learn more about crocodiles in their natural habitat and the ecology of the Whitsunday area.

Steve is a expert. You will thoroughly enjoy your day.

We saw 20-30 crocodiles of all sizes. Steve has hundreds of stories to add to your enjoyment of the trip. After the croc boat, you will take a trip on a wagon train through the forest to learn about trees and wildlife. We saw snakes, birds and a wallaby.

Lunch was excellent. Afternoon tea and damper were included.
