The villa was very attractive and modern, and it was lovely to have our own private pool. There was everything we needed and a strong wifi connection.
Our surroundings were beautiful with tropical gardens around the villas and the larger shared pool, which made it nice to lay in the sun and relax.
It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant strip, and there was public transport right out the front of the villa which was very convenient.
Paul and Sue were very friendly and helpful ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Very knowledgeable on what to do in the area and gave genuine recommendations to tours.
Would definately love to come and stay here again, thank you!

The units themselves were spacious, clean and very comfortable. A few things that you may want to know - many are near the main road (but traffic noise was minimal during nighttime), the garages are small, so if you have a large car you will need to park in the street, and bring your own toiletries. Despite the claim that toiletries are provided, one guest soap does not go far with three people staying for over a week. Scrimping on those little things (like providing a one-use sachet of dishwashing liquid for the whole stay, and no milk sachets at all in the fridge) leaves a slightly dissatisfied feeling. But on the whole, the place met our needs very weil.

Thank you for your review and i am sorry you did not have any milk in your fridge (it must have got accidentally missed) if you had asked in reception i would have gladly given you one. All our villas provide our guests with a starter pack that will get you started for your first day.

It's like a home away from home. Well equipped townhouses, some with pools. We had a great time as Palm Cove is also an area where you can find great restaurants and things to do. I would highly recommend this place to couples (specially if you get a villa with a pool) or families with kids.

The Family style villas are in a great location, close (10mins) walk to Palm Cove beach, and offered 4 good bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms which really helped congestion.
Lovely big dining room table, perfect for family meals, and a nice breakfast bar (only 3 stools) for mornings short order kitchen. The main complex pool was really popular with kids after a beach break, good sized pool, beautiful landscaping, with good sun lounger and tables around.
Lots of niggles for us over the week we stayed (maybe not major negatives, things that in other places I have experienced much better in similar standard accommodation) - The Kitchen was old and dated, appliances in similar condition (seals almost falling off oven, temperature controls on cooker and hob poor), tray missing from the ice maker, the range hood and hobb were greasy - cleaning through the kitchen was superficial.
Kitchen was stocked with minimal pots and utensils (multiple bread knives and carving knives but no chopping knives). The clothes dryer tripped off on normal heat, had to use delicates setting.
Beds very soft and uncomfortable - even the kids complained.
The plantation shutters (no glass) in the bedrooms were a double edged sword, easy to open and let light in and air flow through the rooms, BUT oh so noisy at night and early mornings from the neighbours.
A couple of closets downstairs, including the downstairs toilet/shower in the garage, smelt like something had died in them.
Finally the private pool was far from an oasis, again looked old and tired, the landscaping rough, and access cluttered.
Disappointed as this villa did not match the other reviews I saw.

We (2 couples) booked a 2 bedroom villa and stayed in late July. If you pick the appropriate villa size for your party, wouldn't matter which one you got. Attractive, very spacious, clean and pleasing decor. Very easy walk to the beach-front where you can choose from an amazing number of restaurants and cafes.
The property common areas are very well tended and you'll receive a warm & friendly greeting from Reception ... even Lulu the dog ;) Thanks The Villas, well done.
