Great value for money

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 5 Oct 2021
We stayed here for 6 nights while visiting the Kimberley area. They stored our luggage while we took an overnight trip to the Bungle Bungles.
The rooms are very spacious and clean with good air-conditioning. The pool is crystal clear and large enough to do laps. The Sports Bar serves a variety of meals and although typical pub food it was good quality and freshly made. The salads were excellent. Breakfast is only offered at the weekends.
A young man in the bar named Justin was fantastic. He worked very hard every night to make sure everyone was looked after and he was always pleasant.
Great value for money.

Room Tip: Rooms that overlook the pool are nice. There is a fence but looking out to the pool and garden...

Staff are great serviced us quick but not sure if it was a off night or just that it was school holidays but most of the people around us which got there before us had to wait over a hour for the meals.
Ours was almost that and when it came out which was a Steak Sandwich it came with chips which weren't on the menu so of course we ordered extra chips which was a bit of a waste, we would have maybe gone back the follow night but decided to do our own meals in or Apartment.

Amenities and service are the standouts for the Resort. We stayed twice over the course of two weeks of travelling and were absolutely pleased on both occasions. In particular, Georgia, Front of House and Julian, Bistro. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a dual access to the courtyard garden and a short stroll to the pool. The pool and the surrounds, is amazing. A delightful space for relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What great service and great room, maybe carpets and en-suite needs rocks but perfectly acceptable, will certainly book again and rip marks to restaurant and bar staff for great food and service. Close to town and lake and rooms are spacious

Room tip: Try and book room at back so not effected with road noise but not a huge issue

Had three meals here over a two week business trip. Unfortunately it was a bit hit and miss. The pub and dining areas are well set up and it’s got a great sports bar with multiple TVs above the bar. Great selection of beers on tap but i found the food to be average and not to the standards compared to other establishments in town. Having said that it’s worth a visit to see for yourself.

This hotel turned into a haven for us after an upsetting travel experience.
The room was large, spacious and spotlessly clean.
    Great internet and TV connection.
Lovely relaxing pool area, and refreshing large swimming pool.
Nice little area outside the room where you could read and use laptop and enjoy the gardens and abundant birdlife. (It was lovely listening to the birdsong in the mornings)
We ate in the restaurant twice, it was busy, full of life, with a good mix of locals and travellers. The food was good, and the staff were pleasant.
Although in essence this is a basic motel, it is well run, clean and there was nothing to complain about.
