Myself and my partner stayed here in August, we had a car which I would recommend. Drove to Jossalyn a lovely historic town, we flew in to Rennes airport and spent a few hours in city before driving to Coet Moru. But there are cycle routes to local amenities and hosts have bikes for guests. Picturesque scenery and setting with own private garden at rear, sun loungers. Very nice break to get away from it all and have a bit of peace and quiet!
We have just returned from a week in a most lovely part of France. We combined trips to sizzling hot beaches, inland lake, and beautiful countryside with sunbathing in the garden. We visited a lovely chateau at Jossilin and wandered along gorgeous canals, which were everywhere and so pretty but restful. The abbe is a 10 minute walk up the road and is also a nice visit.
The gite is spotless and has lovely comfortable beds and sofas and was nicely equipped for our party. All towels and bedding were provided, thus saving on the luggage. The owners, Pauline and Tony were friendly, attentive and informative. They came to meet us for the last km of the journey when we arrived. They left a welcome pack which was great to get us started. it seemed that nothing was too much trouble and our teenager enjoyed hiring one of the available brand new bikes for rides along the canal path. All in all it was a great base to experience Brittany with views that made us want to stay there and not come home.
