We booked last minute and appreciated getting a room. The room was very tired, out the back, desperately needs some paint work. The resort looks fine, reception closes early, maps and how to get anywhere are confusing and difficult to follow but a reasonable well-located place.

Average the first room was looking at a brick wall without sea views.
Tv wasn’t working properly, staff had closed reception so nobody to help.
Second room was better as it was a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony & views.
The staff were friendly and helpful, walking distance to restaurants and Surf Club.

The staff could not have been more helpful during our stay. They kindly upgraded us to a suite when I realised the shower over the spa was not an option for me in our hotel room.

I literally cried when I got here with disappointment. From the start the liaison was less than average. Booked via online platform which asked us what time we planned to arrive - i answered that it would be sometime around midday and received an email response "unable to accommodate early check in" ; somewhat taken aback, we never asked for an early check in? not the warmest welcome. Should have heard the alarm bells ringing loudly when the booking was deemed non-refundable.
We had a lovely studio room which was very well presented. We had a great view of Coolum beach from our balcony.
The receptionist, Cristiana was very warm and welcoming.
The swimming pool is in a great position and there is also a separate kiddies pool.
The location is perfect! Literally a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Surf Club.
We will definitely be staying again!
