Lovely view of the beach from our top floor unit. No oven in the kitchen but well equipped otherwise. Bed comfortable. We always try to travel with our own pillows where possible. The unit was very adequate but a little tired. It will need a refurbishment in the foreseeable future. Friendly staff on check in and great location for coffee and restaurants. Beach access across the road! We had to park outside the first night but moved our vehicle inside the next morning. Never found an ironing board if one existed but no other hassles.

I'm also surprised by some of the negative reviews about this place! We made a last minute decision to stay in Coolum for our last night in the Sunshine Coast. We rocked up to reception and I bombarded Amber with questions and asked to see some different room types before booking in, and she was more than accommodating. We were chuffed with our 1BR Apartment with washer and drier, spa bath, balcony..! There were also ocean view rooms available. There's a pool and sauna which we loved. Rooms are clean and seem reasonably new. We managed to get a free park easily, however it does clearly state that it's subject to availability and not guaranteed. Right across the road from the beach and next to some great restaurants with $10 cocktails during happy hour. We rented a surfboard overnight just down the road for $20.. A perfect way to end our trip and I really cannot complain!

Excellent customer service! I’m dumbfounded by the less-than-complimentary comments about the customer experience as mine was absolutely top notch. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and special mention for David who provided first-rate customer service and all with a genuine smile. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this place and don’t believe the negative reviews.
