Well equipped, clean and tidy - the online description was accurate. Good location - close to the old town and local restaurants. A small supermarket is located 30 seconds from the property and has all of your needs. Also on a local bus route to the old town if the uphill walk back or the heat get too much and only a couple of minutes from a beach suitable for swimming (although reached by a number of steps). Jozo and his wife were very welcoming and his homemade wine was delicious as was the traditional cake which was brought for us. Parking is on-street and on a first-come first-served basis - be aware the locals will park anywhere. A car is not really necessary - there is good transport from the airport and everything else is within easy reach by foot, bus or boat. Good wi-fi access - great when travelling with a teenager.

The apartment was ideally situated, slightly outside the old town, but an enjoyable pleasant walk. Dubrovnik is well worth a visit with reasonable prices and friendly people. Jozo and his family were the most welcoming people, with all our needs catered for. He collected us from the airport, showed us the sights and invited us to meet his family for a meal.
I would highly recommend.
