Wow. What a great setting for an evening of great tales and camp tucker. The authentic setting ,sitting watching the billy boil and smelling the aromas of the beef stew which had been simmering all day was tantalising. Marksie made you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until it is time to leave (one more story for the road). His Aussie yarns of a Stockman's life were enthralling and hilarious. His team (Penny and 2 high school girls) helped make the night run like clockwork. The damper ..yum . The beef stew ... melted in your mouth . The scones .. to die for. I even got a certificate for spinning the billy without dropping it. Did not want the night to end . Would recommend it a a must to on your trip.
