We had a fantastic evening at Marksies. The food, the yarns, the service and his knowledge was well worth it. He explained where all the ingredients came from and how he mixed them into what he was presenting for us. He explained how difficult it was to get hold of the information from the indigenous people to be even able to put this all together which was fascinating. We purchased some of the ingredients he had used in the meals and have since added them to our meat and fish with amazing results. This is a must do experience.
