Despite the restaurant only having 4 other couples dining, it took 10 minutes before we were greeted by wait staff at 7:30pm. 30 minutes to receive drinks (lychee margarita and a glass of Stoke NPA, and an hour before our entree was served (dumplings). It was 9:30pm by the time we received our mains (fish and chips), with there still only being 4 other couples dining. The food was average, the deep fried oyster was cold upon arrival, and the fish over cooked, the chips were the best part of the meal. No one on staff seemed interested in being there, making the 2 hour wait for mains even more frustrating. It was a real let down as the hotel was great to stay at.
