Spent 3 days in a 1 bedroom unit. Hotel and rooms very modern and comfortable. We were on bottom floor facing pool, making it quick access to walk out of the back patio (with safety fencing for kids) and straight into the water. Loved that they had a large spa and 2 pools, one of which was handicapped accessible. They had happy hour every evening from 5-6 with discounted drinks, which we enjoyed very much. Highly recommend this place for families with kids. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, but the boat club is just one block away which was convenient for meals and drink. Good place to stay at a reasonable price.

We had friends tell us about Ramada so we thought we would have a look and stayed 3 nights.
The room was clean and very quiet and had all cooking facilities if you wished to stay in the room and not go out for meals. Our room was on the first floor and the balcony was overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was great and so were the evening meals.
We felt that it was home away from home
We will definitely stay there again. Peter and staff were so helpful and very polite

Room Tip: Bottom floor would be good and have direct pool access

Great place, we had ground floor accessible room and family apartment looking out to pool. We liked the location and loved the accommodation, clean, good size bathroom, open easy plan layout, great access to pool. The restaurant food is good but service is slow. Would recommend this place to stay and great location for whale tours. Marina is walking distance.

I stayed in a studio room on the 1st floor which was clean and well decorated.
The room was fine and suited my needs. The only downside was that I was right above the spa. This was fine during the day but very noisy at night. The spa when in motion is very loud. The pool and spa are available until 10pm for guests.
The bike hire was free and great for the days it was cloudy. Although I did get attacked by magpies on my way to Port Vernon.
The harbour is a 6 minute walk with a good variety of places to eat.
Urangan is about a 15 minute walk with a great cafe, with good coffee.
There are very limited places to get cash from an ATM. So if you prefer cash make sure you take it with you.
As a solo traveller I prefer not to eat out at night so the room service at no extra charge was a god send. The variety of the menu was good and the food/service was superb.
Reception were fantastic and they really can't do enough for you. All of the staff went out of their way and are a credit to the hotel.
Would I stay again? Probably but I'd request a room at the other end of the spa.

The hotel is on the marina so not centrally located but still a pleasant spot. The room was quite dated but had what you need. If you stay here ask for a pool side room which i am told were much more modern
