The owners Jane and Keith were very friendly and ready with loads of advice about the places to visit. They make you feel very welcome and are generous with their hospitality (sherry/port offered in the lounge area)
Their cooked breakfast is fresh and simply delicious. The selection of jams for breakfast is excellent.
Our room overlooked the garden and we had a good view of a small, well tended garden.The rooms are clean and comfortable and they provide lovely toiletries in the bathroom.
The location is excellent and the main area with Coles and restaurants like Morries and Arc of Iris (excellent food and highly recommended by Jane) are a five-minute drive (10/15 minutes walk).

Rosewood is on the main road into Margaret River however there is very little road noise, the rooms are comfortable and the guesthouse is a pleasant walk into town

Had an amazing time at Rosewood Guesthouse! Jane and Keith do an amazing job, the attention to detail is exceptional. The breakfast here is a real treat, The first day I had Janes' Walnut and Banana Bread with caramelised pear and honey yoghurt...AMAZING!! They have 3 or 4 standard breakfasts and also a special every day. Also they have Janes' preserves and conserves to have with local muesli and fresh made jams to have with toast which are all to die for. Room was really comfortable and the rose garden is one of the most beautiful I have seen. Jane and Keith are very warm and friendly and happy to give advise on restaurants or sights to go to. Location is great, can walk into Margaret River town centre in about 15 minutes. They also have a BBQ and outdoor deck area to use if you feel like having a night in. There is also port and sherry to have in the sitting room before you go to bed or if its earlier in the day you can have a cup of tea with some of Janes ANZAC cookies. We had a great time here and when we return to Margaret River we will definitely be staying here. Thank you Jane and Keith!
