My partner and I were lucky to get a room for 3 nights last minute during the holiday season. Jane & Keith were extremely welcoming, upon arrival we were given a map of the region with some insight into great locations nearby with some amazing and highly rated places to eat. The accommodation was very clean and close to the main strip within walking distance. The breakfasts were very filling and tasty!

We were lucky to get a room at Rosewood for one night on the 30th Dec. Keith and Jane were gracious and kind, providing us with a map of Margaret River and telling us where we could go for meals in the area. Our room was charming and immaculately clean, and breakfast was wonderful - their freshly brewed coffee using Yahava beans was the perfect start to the morning, and their helpful suggestion to hop to Yahava to pick up some beans was very much appreciated!
All in all a wonderful place for some old-world charm and a traditional B&B experience.

Very nice location just a 10 min walk from the city center which is nice after you had a dinner in town. Very quite tranquil place I would say enchanted in good English style. Jane and Keith are the most welcoming hosts I've came across, friendly and very helpful almost like staying with family. Jane cooks delicious breakfast and there is always a special of the day, apart from milk and bread everything is home made all the little things like jams , preserves and lovely biscuits for your afternoon tea. You can enjoy a Glas of wine in the cozy lounge or on the patio. Rooms are tidy and well kept, the guesthouse is sorrounded by beautiful garden.I could go on for ever describing the place you just have to go and experience yourself.

Rosewood Cottage was divine! It was quiet and comfortable with beautiful gardens and great food. We were also given a map and some advice on where to go and what to see around the area. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.
