Did a wine tasting first, Kerrie was our guide and very knowledgeable and friendly. We decided on the 7 course discovery lunch, absolute bargain at $120, I did the matching wines at $60, stunning value as good size serves and included some reserve wines. Allow 3-4 hours for this lunch, service was seamless and thank you Andrew & his team (Sian, Fran & Brittany). Amazingly there were 6 little starters, first course was raw kingfish and oyster. The second course Marron and third pork jowl & abalone & shitake. The fourth was line caught fish, I am now a fish fan but this was one of the highlights. Next course was Wagyu with an old vegetable you don't hear much of; Salsify and we could not go pass the add on of Truffle. The wine paring for this course had 3 cabernet's including a reserve. Then followed 2 desserts guava and chocolate the last I preferred. There were also macaroons and chocolates. The bread and toilets also score bonus points! Some outstanding dishes and some good, would rate food better at Vasse Felix but for overall experience here. THIS IS A MUST DO. Well done the whole Voyager team!
