An old hotel, I don't find 4 stars in this place .Motel Year 1970 .The maintenance is very bad .Welcome is not friendly.
You can go only to play golf but don't sleep and don't eat. We pay for a junior suite it's not a good room, without drinking water in the room but the tape water was very good !!! We don't return in this place, never

Dear Guest,
Its very disheartening that we could not make your stay enjoyable and were not aware that you are not enjoying your stay as you did not informed us. We are definitely not a 1970 motel but more like a boutique 90s resort.
Kind Regards,

Another delightful stay at the Sanctuary. The studio apartment looking over the golf course was very good. The facilities are excellent. The location is perfect to visit wineries and the city centre. Thank you.

Stayed in Bunbury for 1 night visiting clients in the region. The resort was beautiful, I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was unnecessary but nice. Bedrooms were up stairs, comfy bed and nice facilities. Nothing in the fridge which was a little disappointing, but what you get generally at an apartment. Ate at the restaurant which was delicious but expensive, dinner for 1 @ $77!!
Overall it was nice, however it was about 10 minutes from my appointments the next day, and there were plenty of hotels closer.
Shattered I didn't arrive early enough to have a round of golf! Course looked immaculate.

We stayed here recently for a couple of nights and enjoyed everything about it. The rooms are comfortable with lovely size bathrooms. We had the best sleep and did not hear through walls. Parking is not an issue as there is plenty. The staff are so friendly and go over and above to make sure we were comfortable. The pool area is such a great place to relax. We did not play golf but plenty of groups were out there enjoying the green in the sunshine. The restaurant has lovely food, the bar area is comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing negative I have to say is that we could not stay longer.

View from the comfortable room over golf course was excellent. Service and food in the restaurant was good, although the do stop serving early. Only down side was the pool, both the beds and the pool were dirty in the four days we were there the pool was not cleaned. There appears to be very little policing as to whether the rules aee obeyed glass bottles were in constant use in the area., bins were left overflowing.
