We used this Hotel for a stay on a tour from Melbourne to Adelaide. We had a late arrivel and in the dark it was not so easy to find this Hotel. The Restaurant only offers dinner till 08:30pm so we could not use it.The roum itself was good and clean, the partly seaview was really partly.

Stayed for here for 2 nights; was gorgeous. The staff are all very helpful and the pool/sauna are very relaxing. The restaurant at the hotel is also very nice, with wide range of food and drink. Wish I had tried some of the spa products!

We stayed for one night here. Our check in was friendly, efficient and informative. We appreciated that the A/C was on in our room on arrival as it was a warm day and we also appreciated the drink vouchers as we had booked with the hotel directly. Our room was spotless it was showing some signs of age in the bathroom but everything worked well. I liked the small balcony and enjoyed the partial sea views. Breakfast the next morning was fine. Check out was again friendly and i liked the way they asked if all was okay. I would stay here again. We didn't get to use any of the spa services.

We selected this hotel based on the reviews and a hot spring being attached to the property. Sounds indulgent, but then we showed up. The facilities look tired and out of date. The room was spacious, but had no noise control and had stains. The oddest thing was the mirrored wall between the bathroom and the bedroom collapses accordion style. Why?! So weird. Additionally, you have to pay for access to the hot springs which continues with the tired theme.

Stayed here on our first night on the Great Ocean Road travelling from Melbourne.
The hotel is beautiful as it is comfortable! I couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff and made our stay very relaxing before our next drive.
The spa and pool was well worth it.
My wife and I had a massage and the geothermal pool was superb.
We will be returning to this fantastic hotel.
