Had a great time. Did not think about the long trip for the kids but thankfully the tour guides had some toys to play with. Enjoyed some lovely scones and informative commentary. Kids had a great time, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very relaxed and friendly. Thanks guys until next time

Kids were having fun for the first hour but after that they preety much lost interest. Pelicans, Black Swans and other birds are seen form Lakes Entrance Esplande as well so these could not impress me and my 6 year olds on boat. Could have been better if there was someone to look after the passengers and see them personaly as I have seen in other cruises/boat rides. It felt like background commentry with lot of people moving all over the boat. May be our luck was not good that we saw only one seal at the same location at start and end of cruise and also did not see any Dolphins to which the we looked forward to. I know these sightings cant be planned. But still...!!! May be this boat ride could be advertised more for adults who would be interested in the history and geography of Lakes entrance more than the wildlife. Lot has been talked about scones. They were good but the lady didnt seem interested when complimented about it.
Suggestion : Trip could be made more interesting by being more engaged and by doing upgrades to sitting/viewing area. Sorry if I have been bit critical. Thanks.

Cruised for 3 hours around the lakes. Saw seals, black swans, pelicans, cormarants, an eagle, a hawk and about 8 dolphins. Super time watching the natural world go by. Very knowledgeable crew - lots to say about the nature and the history of the different places.
Tea, coffee, water available (help yourself) and a tasty cream scones served to you.
Super time - take a jacket and sun cream. : )

You arrive in Lakes entrance for a few days and the lakes cruise options are lets say quite a few - So which one do you choose - Well you cannot go wrong with this choice - We picked it due to more traditional vessel, some feed back we had heard about excellent commentary / information and the pleasant lady at the ticket office -
The lady turned out to be part of the husband and wife team who run this trip who along with an additional helper make it one of the best trips of this type we have done. Relaxing - Very Enjoyable - Informative - They go out of their way to try and ensure you see as much wildlife as you can - We saw Seals , Black Swans, Sea Eagle, Pelicans and Dolphins along with a number of other birds.
Oh and I shouldn't forget the fresh baked scones / cake served with cream and jam !!
A truly excellent trip made even better with a great family team.

We arrived in Lakes Entrance Friday lunch time and had pre booked a 3 hr eco boat trip, we thoroughly enjoyed it and the weather played along, saw some seals bathing on the rocks at the man made entrance, plenty of bird wildlife and the skipper is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the cruise, well worth it and would recommend it to anyone coming out this way.
