We stayed at the Comfort Inn Capital Horsham for a night. The staff were all lovely and we received great customer service. The room had a queen bed and a single bed, much larger room than we expected.

Room Tip: Level 2, up the stairs - room 20 was very quiet away from the main road

We stayed here overnight recently and found the rooms to be modern and spacious. Our price included continental buffet breakfasts and by booking through a travel site we were able to pay less than $100 for each room which we thought was great value. Car park was a little difficult to negotiate but luckily I was driving a relatively small car.

A bit overpriced for the quality of the room.
There are a lot of free extras; bottle water, room service, newspaper, wifi, parking (LOL like I am going to pay for it when it’s on their grounds) etc but not the $164 (with 10% discount) charged.
Wifi was shocking, had to use my own data as its speed was extremely slow.
Shower is a good size but to the detriment of the area allowed for the vanity unit and toilet. I kept on knocking the toilet roll off its holder as it’s right where my elbow is.
The ‘night light’ in the bathroom is a great idea until I turned on the bathroom light/fan (as they are integrated) loud fan that would wake up next door, a screw holds the vibrating cover on. Come on, refurbished, mmmm.
The drain from upstairs goes through the roof of bathroom and I could hear everything. Roof is painted over roughly scraped off paint. Tacky.
Room space is tight and window opens to the street footpath.
Across the road is the Horsham aquatic centre with complimentary membership and on other side Firebrace St is the royal hotel.
The Capital Bistro serves very nice reasonably priced meals with friendly service. Slow cooked lamb shoulder was well cooked with balanced flavours.
Bottle wine, beers etc $65.

For the price, I expected a bigger, better, room. The place was clean enough, but the bathroom really needed a reno or a deep clean. The car park was ALWAYS busy and when we did get a park, it was so tight we gave up and parked elsewhere (on the street). Location is right in town which was good. Walking distance to centre.

Room was clean and comfortable. No cutlery (apart from teaspoons) or crockery but reception happily obliged when we ordered in. Plenty of restaurants nearby or one on site. Quiet despite being near busy road. Would stay here again.
