Recently diagnosed with diabetes it is a struggle to find a restaurant that doesn’t dish out the usual trans-fat chips, tasteless boring salad, sugar laden drinks and white carb foods. The Dispensary has restored my hopes that I will be able to eat healthily and with joy. Everything mouthful was interesting and delicious. The service was attentive, friendly and so helpful in suggesting dishes and drinks that suited our mood and appetite. Prices so reasonable considering the skill of the chefs and ingredients used. Definitely going back as often as I can.

Delicious and variety of food top class. Great service, we weren't not hurried for our Sunday lunch. Great air-conditioning on a hot in Bendigo. Good variety of drinks.

Outstanding cocktail selection - didn’t venture beyond the Burnt Orange & Vanilla Bean Sour - wow! A cocktail to kick start a night. We were ‘walk-ups’, seated at the window, immediate service from clearly experienced, enthusiastic staff. Felt very welcomed - even though we were late arrivals and couldn’t stay for a meal. Coffee was great & wandering up Chancery Lane - a hidden treasure

The location of this restaurant is a great start to the experience - almost feels like it is hidden down a back lane and close to the Shamrock Hotel. Once inside you see the quality wines ready to go. Attentive service and more than enough food - you won't go hungry like some similar quality places. Scallops were great, mussels and pipis delectable! Stuffed zucchini superb and different. But what about the soft shelled crab?? Nice beers and cocktails as well. Be sure to order the potato cakes which will ensure you leave fully satisfied.

Had lunch here a couple of days ago.
The cuisine is Contemporary Asian.
We ate Tapas style and shared several dishes. All were very tasty.
The service was excellent.
We do recommend booking early as inside spaces are quite limited.
Would definitely recommend.
