Location very good, close to shops for self-catering. We stayed 3 nights in room above reception, 1st night was ruined by very rowdy guests next door. If you need some quiet, ask for room at the back.

Review of Elphin Serviced Apartments

The Apartments are located across the road from K-Mart and Coles and are one block away from the park and then the CBD, so it is a convenient location.
Our townhouse featured three bedrooms, a laundry, fully equipped kitchen, two toilets and a new barbecue. It was reasonably clean. The staff were helpful, but didn’t go above and beyond and the office is only accessible from 8:00am until 7:00pm. Still, it was good value for money, well managed and quiet, considering that it was full every night. TIP - back your car into your car space so it is easier to get out again in the morning. The car park is very tight when it is full.

We had a lovely stay in a two bedroom apartment for two nights, The apartment was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was supplied. So comfortable and welcoming. Big plus.....The shower was amazing. Very friendly and helpful lady in reception, always nice to be greeted with a smile

There was no laundry, only a laundry service which was misleading. The non-existent laundry was one of the main reasons I booked. The stairs to the apartment were steep with a short tread which made climbing and descending the stairs difficult. The seating wasn't very comfortable.
It is located across the road from Coles, K-Mart etc which was convenient but also meant more traffic.

The motel is directly opposite a Coles and K mart . We had booked the three bedroom apartment . Parking is directly in front of the apartment . The first floor had a living room , dining room and a kitchen as well as a toilet . A small laundry room had a washing machine but no dryer. Second floor had three bedrooms , two queen bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom , no heating available upstairs , only ceiling fans. The toilet had a spa bath . All amenities work very well except for the soft bed . My hubby had a backache after sleeping one night .
Overall a good stay opposite the Coles and K mart .
Room tip: A fair distance from town . 20 minutes to the airport . Adequate for a night stay .

We had a lovely stay here. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of four or more. Really clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including a great outdoor area which included a bbq and outdoor seating. The main bathroom was large and updated, with a second toilet downstairs. Location was perfect with a short walk to city centre and many local restaurants and shops including a large supermarket across the road.
