Very clean and spacious room. Well equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Comfy bed and a selection of pillows. Lovely chocolate treats and wine in our room. Bath products are really nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of places to dine.

Stayed here for two relaxing nights in absolute comfort. Spotlessly clean with everything needed and then some. Especially loved the shower water pressure, hidden laundry facilities with included detergent, super comfortable beds especially the pillows. Although we were facing the road we did not find it noisy at all.
But the very best thing about Peppers Seaport were the outstanding staff. So professional, friendly and efficient. Special shout out to the lovely blonde haired lady night manager who made up the sofa bed for me, what a fire cracker and a valuable asset to have. Give her a raise please.
Will be returning soon.

Nice comfy beds, clean, new, lovely staff etc, etc but there is no denying that half of this hotel faces a busy highway, with bright street lights and neon from the car yards opposite that double glazing and block out curtains struggle to minimize.

Room tip: Try and get a waterside room

Con: I would have given 5 stars except that on Friday night, the last night of a four night stay, we were kept awake until midnight by blaring live music from Mudbar which was on the ground floor below our suite. We were located on Level 2. Even having double white noise playing on our iPhones at full blast didn't drown out the noise. It ruined what had, until then, been a wonderful stay. I know Mudbar is not operated by Peppers Seaport but surely something could be done about the excessive noise. Pros: Wonderful staff from reception to housekeeping. Everyone super friendly and helpful. They should get a pay rise! We were in a Riverview Suite, room 2004. It had a lovely view and a balcony, was spotlessly clean and so spacious with a large living/dining room and a full spacious kitchen minus oven but had a toaster which was great for breakfast. Plenty of storage in the bedroom and the bathroom was really nice. Nicely located for walking around Launceston. The rooms been recently refurbished with new carpet and furniture and it was really comfortable.

Well located hotel on the river near central Launceston attractions with generous sized rooms and nice decor.
Limited facilities on site with access available across the river at the Peppers Silos sister hotel - but this Peppers is more convenient for the city.

Room tip: Facilities at the Peppers Silos are better but it is further away. Parking is no problem at either. This hotel is very convenient.
