A little overpriced.

Place was clean but had an over powering smell of dampness. Had to go buy airfreshner. All the beds were rock hard. I ended up very sore in the morning. I moved from the double bed to the trundle at 3am to find it concaved in the middle. Bunk beds also had very hard mattresses.
Having a coffee I discovered one kitchen chair dangerous to sit on it was so wobbly. Otherwise not a bad place but will be paying for it with my back for a while to come.

Not a bad place to camp front row was good as you got the cool breeze in the late afternoon. Own on suite good camp kitchen dog friendly. Short walk to the sink hole garden. Just a short drive into town and the blue lakes.

It was very convenient for the town but quietly situated. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom fine. Possible to self cater using the utensils supplied. We were able to drive from here to get to the important places. Internet signal strongest at reception.

What a great spot. Yes it’s 40 a night but you have your own en-suite which some one has to clean. Was quiet and loved the off leash dog area. We passed another park and people were crammed in. It is a bit older but clean and tidy would highly recommend.

First off, every site has it's own ensuite, which is wonderful, with good supply of hot water. Park is lovely, high above the city with wonderful views, plenty of trees, gardens and birdlife. Now the downside, the ensuite are poorly conceived, with a lack of ventilation, and this causes water to hang from the ceiling and drip all day, towels were ringing wet at all times. Was not came to use hairdryer due to worry with the dampness and water on ceilings. The window if opened gave no privacy in the bathroom. The laundry was okay, washing machines were good, dryers were only fit for the dump. Sorry I wanted to give a better review as the staff were great, but this place needs major work on the ensuites.

Unsure how the star system works but this is not a four star place. The website shows great pictures but in reality it is a step back in time. The lady manager is a very nice person and did say the place had fallen down due to the previous staff. Our bed was disgusting, should have been sent to bed heaven months ago.
There would have to be a lot of changes before we would stay there again.

Room tip: Stay somewhere else
