Stayed here for a family wedding. We are 2 adults & 2 young teens. Room was nice but a little dated. Air conditioning worked well which is a good thing in Tamworth. Restaurant is fantastic but on the pricey side. We had a two bedroom apartment with medium sided fridge, full stove oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine (but coffee pods are $2.50 each). Recommend.

We had a room with a courtyard. It was on the ground floor (we don't like stairs) and pretty sure was the best room in the hotel. We had 3 delightful nights there.
Layout was apartment type with separate bedroom and spacious lounge room. Furnishings were stylish and tasteful, although maybe a little on the dark side. It was summer and days approaching 40, but rooms stayed cool with little need for A/C. We chose this room because we prefer King beds and this one didn't disappoint.
Standout was a beautiful secluded courtyard with a spa (that we couldn't be bothered using). It was quiet, cool and surrounded by vegetation with a table and chairs. We enjoyed our meals and drinks out there every night.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Not many rooms have a courtyard so you need to make clear what you want when booking

My room was quite compact but both elegantly and comfortably furnished. The furnishings were of a high standard. The bed was most comfortable, the shower was great and everything worked. The staff with whom I dealt were helpful. I could park outside my room. The restaurant deserves particular praise. My dinner and breakfast there were excellent and the service was most attentive. I also liked the restaurant's decor. Although close to the highway, there was little traffic noise. My one, and minor complaint, is that the air conditioner was rather noisy. I suspect it may be nearing the end of its useful life.

I stayed at this hotel overnight for a business trip - the room was lovely - it has old fashioned furniture and is really tastefully decorated. The bed was small - a double size, however the mattress was really comfortable and the towels were thick and soft and exactly what I wanted after a long day of travelling. Great shower and MOR products in shower and bathroom.
There is a bigger than average fridge. Kettle, tea and sugar etc was hard to locate- finally found it under the sink in the bathroom. I tried to call reception to order dinner but the phone in my room did not work - I could not hear anything and I was forced to call reception on my mobile. When I explained that the phone in my room did not work - the woman on reception explained that she had heard me calling and was going to call on my mobile to check if there was a problem (she did not do this however - it was at least 10 minutes between when I had attempted to call on the phone in my room and when I called on my mobile). The girl did offer to call maintenance to check the phone however I had already called so I told her not to worry about it and to arrange to have it checked out when I left.
I ordered room service for dinner - steak ordered medium which arrived cold and cooked medium well. It was too over cooked for me and I did not eat it. Steak came with 2 sides - macaroni and cheese which was absolutely divine, and crushed potatoes which were also really well seasoned and also very good. Came with mushroom sauce which was really nice but cold and a bit congealed. Loved the sides - was not able to eat the steak and because the meal was cold I was left disappointed overall. However when I informed the receptionist on check out she did not charge me for the meal
Plenty of parking - there is WIFI available but it is poor service and difficult to connect. I was not able to connect my laptop and work from my room which I had intended to do because the WIFI reception was so inconstant and continually dropped out - Definately do not count on this if you need to work.

We stayed here for my mums surprise 70th, the rooms were good I believe they are progressively renovating the rooms, ours was a little dated but still did the job. The staff and service were brilliant
