Very stylish rooms with floor to ceiling tiles in the bathrooms - reminds me of the Hilton in Sydney. Air con works extremely well (it was 43 degress when I arrived). Staff were professional (without being particularly friendly) and the hotel is set out nicely and back from the main road. Foxtel works but not a great selection of channels (4 sport and not much else)

Stayed for the night as a stopover travelling Brisbane > Sydney. Good restaurant and a good night's rest (room was cool with the fan and aircon despite the sweltering 40+ weather!)
Took a while to locate the kitchen amenities (it was located in the bottom of the sink). Family enjoyed the short stay!

If you are looking for somewhere close to town with a little style try the Powerhouse. Rooms are clean. Restaurant is very well presented, with the service and quality of food exceptional. A nice place to stay.

After staying in other hotels in the area while on business in the past, this was my first visit to the power house. The restaurant here is first class. The servings are plentiful and the quality is great. The whole team here work together and service is second to none.

What a great place to stay! The family suite was spacious with quality decor and a/c and ceiling fans were a relief from the hot January Tamworth weather. I was pleasantly surprised to have a toaster and microwave provided. Great mini bar, coffee machine and comfortable bed. Swimming pool, spa, sauna & gym, and BBQ were a plus. I had a very pleasant three night stay and would definitely return to this accommodation.
